At Mega Tanned, we are committed to providing high-quality tanning products and excellent customer service. We operate under a no returns and limited refunds policy in line with UK consumer standards.
Mega Tanned is a trading name of M&O TRADERS LTD, a UK-registered private company.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days. Return postage costs are not covered unless agreed in advance.
No Returns
Due to the cosmetic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any other circumstances. This includes:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
Dissatisfaction with product performance (unless faulty)
This policy is in place to maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
